Zachary knew a few good things about this Daycare. Elise did give him a breakdown of it and knew his Pokemon could use a break too. Rest and relaxation, and not just the 'quick fix or treatments' that Pokemon Center offered. They deserved as much time in the open air and world than just inside the pokemon, no matter how 'cozy' people said they were. More so-- he had the most trouble with a certain Psychic Pokemon who kept breaking out of his Pokeball whenever he got the chance. [break][break] Zachary's Abra-- Tarot. Named so for the deck of Tarot Cards that Abra stole when they first met and teleported all over Meteor Falls before finally giving it back. Even though Zachary won over the cunning and tricky Abra, he still exercised Zachary's patience with disobedience and willful behavior. And whenever Zachary tried to discipline him, he would teleport away starting that game all over again. Perhaps a trip to the Daycare may do the Pokemon so good. [break][break] Zachary and Elise signed in their Pokemon and Zachary placed Abra into the playpin with a few other Pokemon. The indoor and outdoors were interconnected, offering a variety of goods, and activities for Pokemon to enjoy, from a few toys to whole jungle gyms or slides-- anything that people could think up to keep energetic Pokemon busy. Abra was plopped down, looking up at Zachary. Despite his 'behavior issues' he was as calm and quiet as ever. [break][break] "Okay Abra. I'm going off to talk to Elise for a while. While I am gone, I want you on YOUR. BEST. BEHAVIOR. Do you understand?" Zachary asked, very clearly. [break][break] Abra just silently looked back and cocked his head. If he did understand, which he likely did, he had no interest in letting Zachary know. [break][break] Zachary sighed and shook his head. "Just stay out of trouble. Please?" Zachary said as he turned to leave. Dizzy was beside him and the Delphox looked at Abra. [break][break] Abra decided to give a partying goodbye by lowering one of his eyelids and making a face at Dizzy, provoking the psychic fox. Dizzy let out a growl, showing his dislike for the sassy Abra. [break][break] "Dizzy, come on, we're going!" Zachary called. Hearing his master's call, Dizzy put aside his distaste and left Abra in the playpen. [break][break]
Abra softly got up and began to explore the pokemon daycare. There were plenty of toys and games, and more so , lots of Pokemon of different types and interests. He didn't know how long he would be there, but he wanted to do something beyond just sleep. There were a bunch of comfy and fun-looking bunk beds and places for comfy naps... but it also was a lovely day as the sun was shining outside. His curiosity outweighed his desire for a nap.

The daycare in Route 117 was one of the places that she used when the royal was busy with her appointments. She carried the female Applin in her arms when the small dragon looks at the wide space of the daycare after Elise opens the door to find the blue-haired young man dropping off his Abra. “You should be good now, Gala. I’ll come to pick you up when I’m finished with my talk with Zachary.” Setting her Applin down, the small female dragon looks up at the dark magenta haired woman leaving through the door before she looks over to the Abra.[break][break]

Gala moved over to one of the games being ring toss and tries to put one of the blue rings over the hoop. Though the Abra would be there, the Applin wasn’t sure if the other Pokemon would be alright with playing the game with her. She gives a little cheerful noise when the blue ring is tossed onto the hoop.

Tarot, the mischevious Abra, slowly wandered around. There were many toys and distractions to do-- or trouble to cause. It was hard to tell what the little Psychic type was interested in due to his semi-still face that rarely changed. That and it didn't know anyone around. Perhaps a nap would of been the right way to go. Sleep, dream, and not be bothered by anyone... [break][break]It was then it saw the cheerful looking Apple Pokemon. Tarot had no idea it was a dragon, or what that thing was capable of. It just looked like a silly little apply with 'blinking eyes' on top. As it bounced to the ring toss, Abra got curious. The little apple would swing about, throwing the ring via its mouth to try and hit the target. Tarot cocked his head. [break][break] As observed, it soon flashed with light and teleported. After Applin tossed the next ring-- Abra teleported right next to Applin's side. It gave a soft coo or purr, as if to greet it. Abra didn't really understand the point of the game, seeing the rings around the pole. Though a psychic type, he presumed the goal was to hit a person-- like how he would teleport and have Zachary end up crashing into something. Looking to the Applin, perhaps it would show Tarot how to have fun here-- as this was his first time in a 'daycare' let alone surrounded by so many human-made wonders...

The Applin looks at the Abra who approached her and she wonders if the closed eyes from the psychic type meant that the Pokemon could hear her play with the game. When the psychic type waits for the small apple dragon to show him, Gala goes with an easy game for the Abra to play. She finds a small red ball in the middle of a little hoop made for the ball to go through and she take the ball in her mouth.[break][break]

Letting go of the ball, Gala rolls the ball over to the Abra. Her eyes watch the movements of the psychic type to see if Tarot would catch it. Since the Abra had psychic powers, maybe he would be able to catch the ball with his powers as she made a noise to signal the Abra over the game starting.

The Applin, GALA soon showed Tarot a game involving a ball and a hoop. Simple Basket ball. He observed as the Applin tried to explain and Tarot looked at the ball. As GALA tossed him the ball, Tarot saw the ball and soon raised his hands. He caught the ball and gingerly looked it over with his 'closed eyes'. He let out a soft purr of thought as he regarded the Applin and the hoop in the distance. The way he seemed 'slow', was more a matter of thinking, and less about him being 'sleepy' as many would presume. [break][break] After a moment, the Abra did something silly. Holding the ball, his body glowed, and -- blink-- he teleported away with the ball. No doubt it would surprise the little apple dragon-- but next place Abra would be would be hanging above the stand that held the hoop. Like some kind of monkey, Abra dropped the ball through the hoop with a pleased coo from him. It seemed the idea of 'cheating' was not a concept the Pokemon was familiar with. After all, Abra was a rebellious pokemon and only been in Zachary's care for a short time. At times, he still acted 'wild'. [break][break] Some pokemon may shout at him for cheating, but he would look around, clueless to what they would be mad about. In the end, the Abra seemed to operate to a beat of his own drum. [break][break] The ball rolled back to Applin, and Abra teleported back next to it, clearly liking to jump around using his Teleport. He would be great at hide and seek or something like that.

Gala watched the Abra teleport when he’ll play the game with her. How was he able to do that? As a part grass and dragon type Pokemon, the little apple dragon probably wouldn’t be able to teleport like the Abra. When the ball is thrown back at her, she bops it with her body. Her Flapple friend that she had visited in the ambassador’s garden loved playing with ball games too.[break][break]

Maybe she hasn’t thought that the Abra could be ‘cheating’ with the way that he would use his psychic powers to play with the ball. She was having a little fun with a friend that she could play with in the daycare while Elise was having a chat with the psychic type specialist.

Whether he was a cheater or not, Abra was pretty proud of himself for his little tricks of teleporting. Of course he wasn't trying to be mean. Still, he did see the surprise on the Applin's face. Abra soon teleported again, returning besides him. Decided to have some fun, Abra reached out a hand to offer it to the little plant dragon. Abra thought since he could take a full size human with him-- why not the apple . [break][break] Tarot held out a claw to the pokemon, offering them to take a hold of it. When they would-- he could teleport them anywhere, and show her what it was like. "Urrrrrmmmm..." Tarot hummed, offering her a ride. [break][break] Of course, it may very well envoke the 'wrath' of the daycare staff as they were tending to other Pokemon, but the fun of zipping around without limit would be fun too. [break][break]

Through the fact that the Abra teleports when she would be playing their game, Gala would wait until the Abra stops and he’ll offer a claw out to her. Her black eyes blink at the Abra trying to tell her something like he was maybe taking her out for a little ride in seeing what it was like to teleport around. She takes the Abra’s offer and lets the psychic type Pokemon pick her up.[break][break]

Gala recalls that one of the other dragon type Pokemon in Elise’s arsenal had picked her up like this and she’ll be carried around like a little child. Since she was like a young girl, the Applin loved being carried around by a bigger dragon Pokemon. She hopes that the Abra would be gentle with her when he’ll teleport around with him holding her.

Tarot took hold of the Apple as he let out a soft hum-- followed by a shimmer of light that eclipsed both their vision. It was then that Abra started hopping around. They would teleport to the far side of the room-- then to the top of a toy cabinet. Then finally, the reappeared at the top of the table where the adult humans who took care of them were preparing snacks. The tricky Abra let go of Applin there as it picked up what looked like a yummy pokemon poffin brownie. Abra took two and gave one to the Applin, and the other he greedily ate with a smirk on his face. [break][break] The two were clearly able to do anything with the ability to hop around like that. To Abra, teleporting was a fun little way of moving like passing through a little tunnel that led to the next place, like the plastic ones around the playroom. [break][break] However as they were enjoying their early treats-- a shadow of one of the humans crossed them. Abra looked up with browny smeared mouth-- seeing the unhappy face of a female human looking down at him. "Hey! it's not snack time yet, silly abra." she said, part stern, part hiding amused displeasure. Abra took another hold of Applin-- and flashed again, teleporting them back to where they started. The chuckle of the mischevious Abra wasn't ignored as he slicked up the last bits of the brownie on his face. [break][break] However-- the human was also quick as she spotted Abra. Her arms were crossed, still with a disapproving face. To which, Abra just tried to act innocent, fainting sleep. [break][break]

She lets the Abra take her to places around the daycare that she’ll feel the teleportation power of the Abra making her feel light. When they stop for food, the beady black eyes from the apple dragon look at the chocolate brownie in the plate carried by a daycare worker. Luckily she wasn’t a mammalian Pokemon that she could enjoy a delicious dessert…if the female daycare worker wasn’t suspicious of the Abra.[break][break]

Gala tries to let the daycare worker know that the Abra wanted a treat with a bit of gestures to show that her new friend was innocent. With how cute she looked doing it, the female daycare worker sighs and takes two of the brownies to give to the Abra while the Applin hops down to the ground to enjoy her pastry.[break][break]

The daycare worker gives the brownie over to the Applin and Gala goes to eat it in slow bites. A feeling of the chocolate-y goodness of the brownie has the Applin take some fast bites now as she savors the chocolate flavor. In seconds, her brownie is finished and her mouth is covered in crumbs. [break][break]

And just in time after the Applin enjoys her food, the ambassador in her black business comes to pick her Pokemon up. Elise is very happy to see that the small apple dragon enjoyed herself at the daycare while she had been busy talking with the Abra's trainer.
